| STAR HEALTH has been venturing into many futuristic and far-reaching social initiatives to bring millions of people into the fold of Health Insurance. It has successfully worked in collaboration with Government and public agencies to ensure medical coverage for a large number of ailments to Government/Public sector employees, farmers, artisans, members of Welfare board and several other low income groups for whom Insurance was hitherto not in their visionary. The most notable highlights of this ongoing endeavour from Star Health are the Aarogyasri Scheme implemented in Andhra Pradesh and the Kalaignar Insurance Scheme for Life Saving Treatments launched in Tamil Nadu. |
