—what is it?
Eating is not always done to satisfy our hunger. Many of us eat our comfort food to relieve ourselves from stress. This is called “emotional eating”.
How is it caused?
Negative feelings trigger a feeling of void or emptiness in the stomach. Consuming food during such situations will tend to make them feel full
