Washing hands regularly with soap for a minimum of 20 seconds helps lower cold occurrence. Hand washing helps prevent illnesses and the spread of infectious diseases to others.

Keeping surfaces clean  at work and home       

Cleaning with soap or detergent-based cleaner reduces the number of germs on surfaces and prevents the risk of infection.

      Avoid touching the face         

To prevent colds, refrain from touching the face with unwashed hands, as the face is the most common way for pathogens to enter the body. Stay at home while having a common cold to prevent spreading it to others.
