What is snoring?

A mild or loud sound from a sleeping person is referred to as snoring. Snoring occurs when the airflow becomes partially obstructed.

Weight loss  Nasal congestion  Reduced smoking  Reduced alcohol consumption  Sleep position

Use nasal strips   These strips pull the side of the nose and widen the nostrils which helps reduce snoring.

Lying on the side is the best way to stop snoring since there is less compression of the airways.

The pressure and compression on the airways and nasal passages are reduced by elevating the head of the bed. This lowers the possibility of snoring.  .

Maintaining a proper sleep schedule and getting adequate sleep every day prevents and treats snoring.
