Blinking maintains the moisture in the eyes. Blinking provides fresh tears and spreads them all over the eyes. For blinking, exercise closes the eyes slowly, keeps them closed for two seconds, then opens the eyes.

Palming the eyes is regarded as yoga exercise. This yoga exercise relaxes the muscles around the eyes. To follow the eye palming exercise, rub your hand together, then gently press your fingers on your eyes.

Figure eight

Figure eight provides flexibility to the eyes and eye muscles. This is a simple exercise, staring at a wall at least 10 feet far from the current position. Now, staring at the wall, imagine a large figure of 8 and trace its path slowly without moving the head. Trace is in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions.
