> Reports & Bills of expenses incurred right from the onset of illness
> Invoice/sticker of Implants used in surgery
> Discharge summary of the patient
> Aadhar card
> PAN Card

Upload your health claim documents on WhatsApp directly from your mobile.
1. Say 'Hi' on our WhatsApp Number - 95976 52225
2. Select Claims
3. Select Document Upload
4. Select Health Policy
5. Click Options
6. Select Claim Intimation Number
7. Enter your Claim Intimation Number
8. Select your Mobile Number for OTP verification
9. Enter the OTP
10. Click Classification
11. Select your Classification
12. Click Upload Documents
13. Click Continue
14. Click Drag and Drop to upload the required documents
15. Select Document Type > select Original (or Photocopy) > If Photocopy, share the reason
16. Agree to the Terms & Conditions > Click Submit
17. You have successfully uploaded your documents
**Our team will now verify your documents and duly release your payment.
