2. Select Claims
3. Select File a Claim
4. Select Outpatient Claim
5. Select Yes
6. Select Policy Number
7. Enter the Policy Number
8. Select the Patient's Name
9. Share the Patient's Contact Number
10. Enter the OTP
11. Enter the Outpatient Consultation Date
12. Enter the Reason for Consultation
13. Select the Treatment Type
14. Enter the Amount Claimed
15. Choose Yes if this is an emergency or an accident > Share the reason
16. Enter the Pincode
17. Click Hospital List
18. Select the Hospital from the list
19. Review your details and select Confirm
20. Your Claim Intimation Number will appear now
**Note down the Claim Intimation Number for your future reference.
