Check the status of your outpatient claim on WhatsApp directly from your mobile.
1. Say 'Hi' on our WhatsApp Number - 95976 52225
2. Select Claims
3. Select Check Claim Status
4. Select Outpatient Policy
5. Enter your Claim Intimation Number
6. Enter your Health ID Card Number
7. Click Claim Status
8. Click Continue
9. Find the Status of your claim
