Upload your outpatient claim documents on WhatsApp directly from your mobile.
1. Say 'Hi' on our WhatsApp Number - 95976 52225
2. Select Claims
3. Select Document Upload
4. Select Outpatient Policy
5. Enter your Claim Intimation Number
6. Enter your Health ID Card Number
7. Click Upload Documents
8. Click Continue
9. Click Drag and Drop to upload the required documents
10. Select Document Type > select Original (or Photocopy) > If Photocopy, share the reason
11. Agree to the Terms & Conditions > click Submit
12. You have Successfully Uploaded your documents
