We now offer a “Home Collection Facility” that allows insured individuals to avail health check-up packages up to their eligible amount under their health policy. There are 15 packages available under this facility. Each package covers different groups of tests. 12 pathological test packages can be availed at the insured’s doorstep, while the remaining packages are available at our partnered diagnostic centers. The Home Collection service will be rendered by our vendors, whose contact details are available on our website.

How it Works (Process flow):

Step 1: Call our toll-free number 1800 102 4477 to check eligibility and book your health check-up package.

Step 2: Upon validation and completion of the booking process, the vendor would call the insured to fix an appointment.  

Step 3: The Vendor will collect the samples at the Insured’s doorstep.  

Step 4:  Reports will be sent to the insured by e-mail.
