5. Submit the application.

After creating your unique address, you can check it through these simple steps:

1. Open the official website of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission. 
2. Log in using your ABHA number. 
3. Then, you need to enter the phone number that is linked to the account. 
4. You will receive an OTP in your number. Enter it in the designated place. 
5. Navigate to the ‘My Profile’ section and check your ABHA address.
