Here is the step-by-step guidance for completing the ABHA ID creation.

Step 1: Visit the Official ABHA website 

● Go to the government website to access the Ayushman Bharat Health Account.

Step 2: Click Card Creation Options

● Click on the "Create Your Health ID" tab and the next "Create ABHA" tab.

Step 3: Choose ID and Enter ID Number

● Select the option to have either an Aadhaar card or a driving licence.

● Enter your Aadhaar or licence number, and then you will get a declaration.  

Step 4: Agree to Declaration Details

● Read the declaration and click the "I agree" option to proceed to the next step.

Step 5: Enter OTP

● Enter your 10-digit mobile number that is linked to Aadhaar.

● Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your given mobile number.

Step 6: Application Completion

● Fill out the form sincerely and click on the "Submit" option.

● Your ABHA ID creation process is completed.

● Click on “View ABHA Card” and download the card.  

Eligibility Criteria and Requirements for Creating ABHA ID

Presently, the ABHA ID application is voluntary. Here is the list of eligibility criteria and required documents for the application and verification.

Indian Nationality

You have to be an Indian Citizen. All Indian citizens are eligible to apply for and create an ABHA ID. NRIs are not eligible to have an ABHA health card or ID.

Aadhaar Card or Driving License

If you don't have an Aadhaar card, please keep your driving licence and PAN card with you to register your ABHA ID.

Bank Account Details
