1. Swordfish

Consuming raw eggs still poses threats to women including salmonella infection. Salmonella infection causes food poisoning and diseases like diarrhea, vomiting, and cramps. Pregnant ladies should not intake raw eggs as it may cause vomiting problems that sometimes end up in abortion. So, please be meticulous in food selection, especially during the phase of pregnancy. Some women feel raw eggs are disgusting in taste so they choose to avoid them.

3. Red meat

When it comes to taking proteins, it is always best to prefer plant-based proteins to animal-based proteins. This is because animal-based proteins have a high risk of getting prone to food infections and food poisoning whereas plant-based proteins do not cause complications as such. 4. Soda

Though soda cuts calories and helps in weight loss, the chemical supplements present in soda put our health at risk. This condition also applies to diet soda. Soda and diet soda increase belly fat. People who have digestion-related disorders should avoid soda after food.

5. Coffee cream

Coffee cream contains trans fats that are oftentimes made with trans-fatty hydrogenated oils. The ingredients in Coffee cream malign the health rate of the body. It would be an extra burden to pregnant women if they face obesity-related problems during the time of pregnancy. Food creams made without sweeteners or artificial flavours can be consumed but to a small extent.

6. Alcohol

Alcohol is prohibited to women especially in times of pregnancy. During pregnancy, consumption of alcohol may lead to fetal alcohol syndrome and may cause threatening consequences. Alcohol should be abandoned during breastfeeding so that it diminishes the risk of menopause problems in women. Also, alcohol intake lowers the risk of weight gain and numerous cancer types. 7. Unpasteurized milk

Unpasteurized milk contains harmful bacteria that cause fever and may lead to menacing food-borne diseases. People may experience vomiting, severe headache, stomach pain, and other health issues pertaining to their bodies. The food safety and public health organization has stated that unpasteurized as illegal food material and banned its consumption in almost every part of the world.

Drink double-toned pasteurized milk for better health and hygiene. The fat content in pasteurized milk is very minimal and prepared based on the food governing authority of the concerned place.

8. Extra coffee

Coffee is good, it turns your mood, reduces your stress and anxiety, and makes you feel energized. However, anything that exceeds the limit is detrimental to our bodies. You can have coffee twice or thrice a day but it is quite risky to have it more than thrice. An adult can generally consume coffee up to 400 milligrams a day, but drinking more than usual may cause calcium depletion over time and gradually may lead to osteoporosis.
