  • Add  the whole spices and then add green chillies, curry leaves and hing. Saute for a few minutes till aromatic.
  • Now add the onions and saute till the onions turn golden brown.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste. And then add the grated carrots.
  • Now add all the spices and cook them for 2 minutes.
  • Add the cooked rice and mix all the ingredients together.
  • Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.

Butter 1 tsp

Olive oil 1 tsp

Onion chopped 1

Celery chopped 1 stalk

Garlic chopped 2 cloves
