So drinking green tea before going bed is not recommended for people who anticipate a good sleep in the night. Also, if you consume green tea after dinner, you may incur some digestive disorder problems like stomach turbulence and vomiting during sleep. Despite that, if you love to drink green tea consider drinking it two hours prior to your sleep so that you may not face any side effects during sleep.
