  • Squeeze the puree with your hands, strain it, and pour it into a glass.

  • Sugarcane juice – 1 cup
  • Brown sugarcane – 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger juice – 2 tablespoon
  • Black salt – 1/2 teaspoon

Method of preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients well.  
  • Refrigerate for 12 hours by pouring the liquid into an ice cube tray.
  • Blend the frozen mixture to make a slush.
